- Application for registration must be received by Oct. 25, 2013, by mailing this completed form to the Florida Scrub-Jay Consortium, P.O. Box 120777, Clermont, FL 34712 or by email to .
- Vendors are encouraged to offer items that are environmentally based, through the use of natural or recycled materials, whenever possible.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to include educational displays and hands-on activities.
- Sales tax for items sold is the responsibility of the vendor.

WinterFair 2013 Hours of Operation/Location:
WinterFair 2013 is being held at The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail, 11490 Monte Vista Road, Clermont, FL. The Festival event hours are Saturday, December 21, 10am-4pm
Exhibit Setup/Removal Information:
Display setup may begin at any time after 6 a.m. on the day of the event. All displays should be completely setup by 9:00 a.m. Displays shall be removed between the hours of 4:30pm-7:30p.m. Please do not break down displays before 4:30pm.
Additional Information:
- All booth assignments will be made on a "first come, first served” basis.
- Booth reservations may be cancelled in writing for a refund, less $20 processing fee up until Nov.22, 2013.
- No parking will be permitted by your booth space, except for load-in and load-out.
- Food vendors must have proper permits.
- No amplifying devices will be allowed (radios, microphones, etc.)
- Goods on display are the responsibility of the exhibitor/food vendor.
- Exhibits should not be left unattended.
- The Florida Scrub-Jay Consortium (FSJC) is not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor property or any other person caused by theft, fire, acts of God or other causes of whatever nature or kind.
Exhibitor’s Property and Liability:
The Florida Scrub-Jay Consortium (FSJC) is not responsible for any exhibitor's property at WinterFair 2013. FSJC is not responsible for any liability arising out of the negligent acts of exhibitors or their employees, or for the injuries sustained by employees of and/or exhibitors.
