Meet Your Yoga Instructors
Dianna Magrum

Dianna Magrum
Dianna discovered her passion for yoga over 15 years ago when she took her first class at Yoga Central in Mt. Dora (now Samacore Yoga and Barre).

She describes herself as a practicing "Yogaholic" who also adores tennis, nature, gardening and spending time with her grandson.

She received her 200 hr teaching certificate from Master teacher Shata Ben Avari in 2008. She still practices with Shata on a regular basis, and also enjoys "Primal" yoga with Vitruvian Health Corp. founder Amber Johnson.

Dianna believes combining yoga and nature is an especially relaxing and calming experience for ALL of the senses.

"When I saw the black tarp in front of the beautiful little pond with all the flowers and butterfly's flitting around, I thought - THIS would be a perfect spot to practice yoga!" Fortunately, Cathy and Bruce agreed and Sunrise Yoga at the Florida Scrub Trail was born!

Pamela Adams

Pamela Adams
As a yoga teacher Pam's intention is to provide a safe and fun opportunity to explore, celebrate and accept the uniqueness each participant brings to their mat. She believes the power to join body, mind and spirit resides in each of us – creating profound joy and harmony.

Pam feels the collective energy of each class combines with her interactive style to create a personal, heart-centered experience. With a Hatha foundation, heavily influenced by Anusara, Yoga Therapy, Restorative and Vinyasa, there is equal attention to breath, each pose (asana) and its counter pose, as well as to transitions and the integrative resting poses that follow.

Her first yoga experience in 1976 provided much-needed rejuvenation for Pam, as a single mother of two active boys. Pam's practice was sporadic until 2000, when she knew yoga was meant to be a major part of her life. Now as a grandmother of five, she appreciates the wisdom bestowed upon her through the giving and receiving of unconditional love!

Her teaching experience includes seniors, beginners and intermediates. Her style includes laughter.
