Sunrise Yoga by the lake begins at 7:00 a.m. No camping is required to enjoy the natural beauty of The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail as Dianna leads us through calming, reflective poses that are suitable for any experience level.  Need s'more reasons to head out to the Trail on Saturday?  How about continental breakfast on the porch at 8:00 a.m.? Have coffee and a snack while we talk about what's been happening at the Trail and upcoming events.  Free guided tours of The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail are offered the first Saturday of each month from October through March (The last guided tour for this season is March 7, 2026) 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m   For further information or to reserve your spot, please call 352-429-5566 or e-mail info@scrubjaytrail.org.
