Our Trailday fun, 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., will focus on our National Wildlife Federation Craig Tufts Pollinator Garden. The heavy rains have encouraged a lot of growth in the garden – we will clean it up and add more plants that attract pollinators. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate, visible difference and learn some tips for your own pollinator garden at home. Make your mark on these gardens and help encourage the next generation to continue to add to our habitat.

Please bring loppers, hand pruners, and gloves if you have them. If not, we have limited availability of equipment to loan for the event. Everyone should wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Bring your water bottle - we will supply plenty of cold water to refill your bottle.

who showed up in the pouring rain on Friday, June 4, 2021, to tackle lakeside clean-up with a focus on the Bald Cypress trees planted in April 2020 at the Florida Scrub-Jay Trail. They definitely made a difference.

The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail Orientation
from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m

This is a great first step and introduction to our organization
and to the many volunteer opportunities.

The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail is open to the public
Saturday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
