2013 WinterFair Sponsorship Application
Sponsorship Levels
Florida Scrub-Jay Sponsorship - $7,500
  • 10x20 exhibitor booth space
  • Sponsor logo and/or name on promotional materials
  • A full page color advertisement in the printed WinterFair program, Note: Back cover, inside front cover and inside back cover spaces are first come - first served
  • Listing on Florida Scrub-Jay Trail website as a "Preferred Business" for 6 months
  • A link to sponsor's website from the event page on the Florida Scrub-Jay Trail website.
  • Company provided banner or sign displayed on main stage throughout event     
  • VIP tickets for 10 (ten) at main concert stage and VIP "meet and greet" with headline performer
  • 2 reserved backstage parking places
Great Blue Heron Sponsorship - $5,000
  • 10x10 exhibitor booth space
  • Sponsor logo and/or name on promotional materials
  • Full page black and white advertisement in the WinterFair program
  • Listing on Florida Scrub-Jay Trail website as a "Preferred Business" for 6 months
  • A link to sponsor's website from the event page on the Florida Scrub-Jay Trail website.
  • Company provided banner or sign displayed prominently throughout event
  • VIP tickets for 6 (six) at main concert stage and VIP "meet and greet" with headline performer

Gopher Tortoise Sponsorship - $2,500

  • 10x10 exhibitor booth space
  • Sponsor logo and/or name on promotional materials                             
  • One half (1/2) page black and white advertisement in WinterFair Program Book
  • A link to sponsor's website from the event page on the Florida Scrub-Jay Trail website.
  • Company provided banner or sign displayed at event
  • VIP tickets for 2 (two) at main concert stage and VIP "meet and greet" with headline

Sandhill Crane Sponsorship - $1,000

  • 10x10 exhibitor booth space
  • Sponsor logo and/or name on promotional materials                             
  • One quarter (1/4) page black and white advertisement in WinterFair Program Book
