COLLECTING, COOKING AND EATING WILD NATIVE EDIBLES WORKSHOP
We often walk right over delicious edible plants under our feet, without knowing what culinary delights lie below. Noted biologist and author, Dr. Marc Minno will take us on an enlightening journey through the world of wild edibles. Learn to identify what some call pesky weeds as you walk around the grounds then listen to how you prepare them and watch them being cooked.
The grand finale is a sampling of these fine delicacies.
1:00pm - 3:00
