Update |

The scrub-jays are nesting and
continuing to do a great job of protecting their turf. We have
lots of snakes; swallow tail kites, all kinds of hawks and more
mocking birds than ever before. And you should see the wildflower Lupine (Lupinus
diffusus) that has sprung out of the ground. It is the first one
in 14 years that we have been here. Very pretty surprise.
