On Saturday, July 27, we bring together National Ice Cream Month and National Blueberry Month to celebrate ...

National "Do Trail Maintenance at
The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail
and Get Rewarded with
Blueberry Ice Cream" Day!

(Well, if it's not officially recognized yet, it should be.)

Here's how it works.

On Saturday,
July 27, from
8:30 -11:00 a.m., we will be enjoying the pollinator garden while we clear out unwanted plants and add new ones.

Bring your water bottle – we will supply plenty of cold water to refill your bottle. Other things to bring to Saturday’s Trailday are gloves, hats, pruning shears, and loppers. We have a limited supply of tools to share, so don’t worry if you don’t have your own. Wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, hat, sunscreen, and insect spray.

After trail maintenance,
relax and cool off
on the trailhouse porch with some blueberry ice cream.

Sunrise Yoga

Enjoy the natural beauty of The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail as Dianna leads us through calming, reflective poses that are suitable for any experience level. Bring your mat and your enthusiasm.

You are always invited to
come see this Garden Spot of Lake County.

The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail is open to the public
Saturday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Summer Hours: July 20 - October 4
Open Saturday and Sunday ONLY, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
