Trail maintenance is from 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. Bring your water bottle – we will supply plenty of cold water to refill your bottle. Other things to bring to Saturday’s Trailday are gloves, hats, pruning shears, and loppers. We have a limited supply of tools to share, so don’t worry if you don’t have your own. Wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, hat, sunscreen, and insect spray.
Don't worry, be happy! Surround yourself in nature, listen to the birds sing, and relax at Sunrise Yoga by the lake.
Beginning at 7:00 a.m., Dianna will lead us through a calming yoga practice good for beginners and for the more experienced.
No charge – just bring a mat or towel.
