Reflect on what you have to be thankful for and release your concerns about those second helpings at SUNRISE YOGA.

Dianna leads us through calming, reflective poses that are suitable for any experience level. All you need to bring is your mat and your enthusiasm.

TRAILDAY SATURDAY - we continue our trail maintenance with plenty of time to appreciate the progress of the Bald Cypress trees and the Goldenrod planted earlier this year. The cooler temperatures are also a welcome change, providing the perfect weather to clear trail and maintain new plantings.
8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Please bring hand pruners and gloves if you have them. If not, we have limited availability of equipment to loan for the event. Everyone should wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Bring your water bottle - we will supply plenty of cold water to refill your bottle.
