At OUTSIDE, our goal is to shift the Florida landscape paradigm
towards
more sustainable landscaping.
Let's shift the Florida landscape paradigm together.
With a focus on the intersection of academia, industry, and government, we will work collectively by defining relevant issues and building a strategic framework to advance sustainable landscaping in the state. OUTSIDE will provide a forum for collaboration by sharing the best practices and showcasing innovative projects which guide us toward sustainability.
Details on registration, speakers, downloadable App and more, available at the website:
The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail
will be participating
with the upcoming OUTSIDE 2020 tours.
While the original April event has been reconfigured to the virtual presentation on October 22, OUTSIDE is also currently working out the logistics for future webinars, workshops, and tours which will be held throughout the year. These webinars and miniature excursions will help us to highlight speakers in a new way.
OUTSIDE 2020 will explore how we can increase the adoption of sustainable landscapes practices in Florida. Join us in this collaborative effort to engage stakeholders across the State and address how landscape practices affect our critical natural resources. Through a unique, collaborative, virtual platform, we will unravel the issues, identify challenges and opportunities, and build a strategic framework to advance sustainable landscaping in the state of Florida.
