Keith Mullins, the CWO at Bacchus Vino Etcetera, will discuss specific wines to enhance the gourmet experience.

Your tax deductible donation of $30.00 per person will benefit The Florida Scrub-Jay Aviary Building Fund. In addition to the Seminar, there will be a raffle and several gift baskets will be given away in the drawing.

About The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail:
The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail was conceived to provide direct, immediate benefit to the Florida scrub-jay and its surrounding habitat, and to raise awareness of and involvement in the conservation of Florida's only endemic bird.
The Florida Scrub-Jay Trail is a not for profit 501(c)(3) Organization.

About the Florida Scrub-Jay Aviary:
In 2009 the Florida Scrub-Jay Consortium will build an Aviary to provide shelter, treatment and rehabilitation to Florida Scrub-Jays. The Aviary will help to prevent the extinction of this beautiful indigenous bird and provide assistance to other birds requiring rehabilitation.

Space is limited and advance reservations are required.
