| Birds on the Trail |
The trail has been very
active lately. Currently,
there is a nesting pair of scrub-jays with 5 young on the trail.
Also the bluebirds and titmice have been actively feeding their
young. The wood storks and sandhill cranes along with several
species of ducks have been enjoying the lake and marsh. The
bald eagles and osprey are continuously bragging about what one
caught that the other did not.
